What is ShotsWise?

ShotsWise is a simple CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool designed specifically for photographers (and videographers). It helps you manage clients, track sales, and grow your photography business all in one place.

Do I need a credit card to start?

We do not offer a free plan or trail. So a valid payment method is a must to access the program

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade from a monthly to lifetime plan at any time. Downgrading is not possible.

How secure is my data?

We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with data protection regulations.

Can I import my existing client data?

Yes! You can import your client and sales data from CSV files. Simply use our CSV import feature found under "data" to get started quickly.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. You can export all your data (clients and sales) as CSV files at any time. Your data belongs to you.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees! You only pay the monthly or one time lifetime feeNo hidden charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer customer support?

Yes! We offer email support for all users. Everyone gets the same priority support.

Can I use ShotsWise on mobile?

Yes, ShotsWise is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. Log sales on-the-go from any device.
