Can I create and use templates?

Yes! You can create and use templates for invoices, contracts, and other documents to save time and ensure consistency across your business.

How do I export invoices or data as PDF?

You can export invoices and other documents as PDF files directly from the dashboard. Look for the PDF export button on the relevant page.

How does billing work?

ShotsWise uses Stripe for secure billing. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices from your account settings.

How do I contact support?

You can contact support anytime using the built-in contact form or by emailing support@shotswise.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No card needed to start. You get a 14-day free trial with full access, and you’ll only pay after the trial if you decide to continue.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade from a monthly to lifetime plan at any time. Downgrading is not possible.

How secure is my data?

We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with data protection regulations.

Can I import my existing client data?

Yes! You can import your client and sales data from CSV files. Simply use our CSV import feature found under "data" to get started quickly.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. You can export all your data (clients and sales) as CSV files at any time. Your data belongs to you.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees! You only pay the monthly or one-time lifetime fee. No hidden charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer customer support?

Is my data private and can I delete my account?
